A Prayer: God’s Joy in Every Step

Psalm 120,121 and 122

Lord,

We’re here, seeking You in the middle of life’s confusion.

Like the Psalmist prayed, “Save me, Lord, from lying words” (Psalm 120:2), we ask for Your help to see through the falsehoods around us.

Help us to know what’s true in a world where lies can be loud.

As we come into your presence, we remember You’re our rock. As the Psalmist said, “My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth” (Psalm 121:2).

Lord, you’re always with us, guarding and guiding every step we take, day and night.

Lead us to Your place of peace and togetherness, as the Psalmist rejoiced, “Let’s go to God’s house!” (Psalm 122:1).

In Your presence, we find unity and calm in a world that’s often chaotic.

As we go through life’s ups and downs, help us find courage to seek truth, strength to face tough times, and joy in being with You.

Your promises give us hope and show us the way when things get hard.

We ask for Your wisdom to discern truth, Your strength to overcome obstacles, and Your joy to fill our hearts.

Help us to trust Your plans for us, even when things seem unclear or challenging.

Thank You for being with us always, watching over us as we come and go.

We trust You’re our constant help and guide, giving us strength and peace.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
