How Can Christ’s Incarnation Inspire Us?

Romans 3:26

What if I told you that there’s a moment in history where love and justice collided, creating the most powerful display of righteousness and mercy the world has ever known?

It’s a story that revolves around the believer in Jesus, and it all begins at the cross.

“for the demonstration, that is, of His righteousness at the present time, so that He would be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus,” (Romans 3:26).

In the book of Romans, the writer Paul uses the name “Jesus” instead of Lord or Christ, drawing attention to the Messiah’s earthly existence. Think about it — the birth, the circumcision, the infancy, and the humiliation of God in the flesh, all willingly endured.

He lived righteously where we have failed miserably, and His suffering was accounted for our sake. It’s a reminder of Christ’s incarnation, a powerful and humbling concept.

Now, take a moment to reflect and see yourself as God sees you. Are you willing to confront the sins that God hates? We should feel the same indignation that God feels toward our wrongful thoughts, words, and motives.

But don’t despair; there’s hope for sinners, and it lies in Jesus. He is both fully God and fully man, and He came to be the Savior for all of us. So, let go of everything else and cast yourself upon Him alone.

The gospel declares that He is the source of hope for sinners, the only one who can offer redemption and salvation. Embrace Jesus with all your heart, for it is at the cross that love and justice truly meet.
