Heavenly Father,
As the day draws to a close, we pause to reflect on the words of Matthew 28:1-10, where your angel proclaimed, “He is not here; he has risen!”
Just as the women felt a mix of fear and joy at the empty tomb, we too face uncertainties in our lives, yet find peace in the promise of your presence.
As darkness takes the day, you are the unwavering light that guides our paths.
Like the disciples, we hear your call to “go and tell,” to spread the good news of your love and grace.
Grant us the courage to rise above our doubts and fears, embracing the journey ahead with a steadfast heart.
We rest our worries at your feet, knowing that you hold the keys to all tomorrows.
May we find in your resurrection the assurance of a new day, a fresh start, and the unshakable truth that you are with us always.
Just as the women clung to your feet, may we hold fast to your promises, finding comfort in You.
As we lay down to sleep, let your peace wash over us, soothing our souls.
May our dreams be filled with visions of your endless love and boundless mercy.
And when the sun rises once again, may we awaken with renewed hope, ready to embrace each moment as an opportunity to share your light with the world.
In your holy name we pray,
Amen.
