A Prayer For My Struggles-Psalm 46:1-3

Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a heavy heart, feeling the weight of my struggles and needs.

I know without You, I am helpless and lost.

Your Word says in Psalm 46:1-3, “God is our refuge and strength, a very show help in trouble. So we will not fear, though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling.”

Lord, I cling to these words, desperately needing Your refuge and strength.

In this chaos, I feel like the ground beneath me is crumbling.

The mountains of my life are quaking, and the waters of my troubles are roaring.

I am overwhelmed and lost.

But You are my refuge, my strength, my help. I lay my fears at Your feet.

Fill me with Your peace, calm the storm within me, and remind me that You are in control.

Father, I surrender my needs to You. Guide me, strengthen me, and hold me close.

Restore my hope and renew my spirit.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
