Loving God,
As I stand on the threshold of this new year 2027, my heart overflows with gratitude for Your constant love and guidance.
Your Word in Jeremiah 29:11 reassures me, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Today, I lift up those dear to me and all those across the world in prayer. Inspired by Matthew 5:16, I pray that their lives shine brightly with Your love, “Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
May Your blessings encompass them — may they be surrounded by Your love, protected by Your grace, and filled with Your peace.
I pray for their health and well-being, knowing the truth in James 5:16, “Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.”
May they find comfort in Your presence and healing in Your mercy.
God, as I seek blessings for others, I also ask for Your guidance.
Proverbs 3:5–6 echoes in my heart, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”
Please direct my steps, that I may walk in Your ways and serve others with a joyful heart.
Grant me the strength to be a beacon of Your love, spreading kindness, compassion, and understanding wherever I go.
Help me to be a source of encouragement to those in need, remembering the wisdom in Philippians 2:4, “Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”
Thank You, dear God, for hearing this prayer and for Your unwavering love.
May this new year be a time of blessings, growth, and profound closeness to You.
In Your loving and caring name, I pray.
Amen.
