Jesus, my Savior, make me holy and whole with Your Spirit. Just like You are the living bread from heaven, let Your body save me and give me life.
Your blood was shed to redeem me. Fill me with Your grace and wash away all my sins. The water that flowed from Your side—let it cleanse me, as You gave it out of love.
Jesus, give me strength through Your suffering. You endured the cross with hope; help me face my challenges with the same hope.
Hear me, my Good Jesus, when I call out to You. You promised to answer when we ask in Your name. Hide me in Your wounds, for by them, I am healed.
Let nothing come between us, for nothing can separate me from Your love. Protect me from the evil one and keep me safe from harm.
When my time comes to leave this world, call me to be with You. You promised to prepare a place for me, so let me be with You forever. Let me join the saints and angels in praising You forever.
Amen.
